Nice bar area and a pretty good steak. Great for singles/couples/families. You probably won’t be disappointed.

Curbside is a joke... The 1st time I waited in the car 25 minutes past my pick up time, only to go in and my order is sitting on the table. Get home no sides, no salad. Today I wait 10 minutes past my pick up time, go in and wait another 10 minutes. I call and watch the server put the call on hold in the kitchen without a word. After another 5 minutes I finally just grabbed my food from the table. Get home and all of my potatoes skins are cold and burnt.

- the food is normally very good here, but just like all food places it has off days.- the staff was very friendly and has good attitudes it seems like- the service was nice and the food came out pretty quick- the price of the meals are fairly decent and they updated the menu since the last time I ate here which is cool cause the time before that they updated it as well, it's nice to come back to a place and try new things.- the business was clean - the atmosphere was good as well, none of employees looked like they hate life like a few other restaurants around the area.

I love this location! No matter what hour we walk in the staff of welcoming, friendly, cordial, and on top of everything. The food is always cooked to perfection, and the one time there was a flaw our server and the manager personally reassured us and fixed it with no issue. I can bring my kids without an issue or hassle. I can have an adult night and have a couple of great drinks at great prices. The menu is full of delicious options that never leave us wanting. The rolls are hot and fresh, always! I will happily come back time and time again. So happy we have such a great dining experience so close to home!

Setup for social distancing which is important to me. In regards to the meal, half of my order was cold and the other was hot. Found it to be odd since everything was on the same plate.

NOT AN IRISH RESTAURANT!Think more Applebees or TGIF. But with a little better food and service.For it being a Sunday afternoon, the wait staff was surprisingly attentive and the kitchen got our food out quickly.Wife and I have never visited this chain and thought it was Irish. It is actually an American chain with "southern inspiration"Food was decent, pricing decent, good portion sizes. If you like food with lots of spices and flavor, you might want to go elsewhere. This is pretty standard mid priced chain fare.

Waited in my car for 35 minutes after I paid and nobody brought my food to me as I sat right outside the window. Went back in and they said have a nice day so I will probably have a nice day at another restaurant the next time I decide to order out. Service not so good today.

Courtney is great. She goes out of her way to get us everything we needed. She definitely is one of the best Togo people there is. We will definitely be back when she is working to order more take out.

The potato soup was great and the service was on point. My grandma had a giftcard to pay for her meal, but their systems were having issues with processing gift cards. The server got her manager to comp her meal! Amazing!

I’d like to thank and recognize Courtney for providing excellent carry out service today. On a previous visit, the bourbon glaze was omitted from my salmon and rolls were not included with my order. Courtney made sure that my order was perfect. She even included extra glaze and rolls! Thank you Courtney for an awesome customer experience!

Good service staff...friendly and quick. Decent food and prices. Fairly clean surroundings. Free parking. Major credit cards. Handicap accessible. Short waits to be seated.

Soup was cold and arrived 30 seconds before entree. Entree was fine but there appears to be some start up issues. Waiter was indifferent.

Wanted to try this place so ordered food for my family and literally worst ever. Forgot items I ordered and food is all over cooked. Payed $20 for half a rack of ribs, really $20 for half a rack of over cooked ribs. Then we ordered a steak medium well, let's just say I couldn't cut it because it was so over cooked. Forgot my dessert and broccoli is hard. Won't be getting business from us no more.

First time and last time. Went in with another couple. Waited half hour which was fine. Seated and ordered and waited quite a long time, it was busy so that was okay. Everyone's meals were gross. Nothing tasted good out of four different meals except for the fries. Waited forever on the waitress several times, began getting frustrated. Ordered dessert to go... Waited about 20 minutes for two pieces of pie and another 10 to get the check! Never again. This area isn't lit up, no lighting, very dark outside. Looks almost vacant.

Best service on this side of Columbus. Ate at the other locations, but those seemed a little slow with a minimum crowd. Don't know why because they are friendly, just speed was issue. Back to this location.... Everything was very good. It's our go to/preferred one. All locations need more lo-carb options for Keto dieters.

Went for my sons birthday and the food was terrible. Ordered 2 entrees of steak and chicken. Asked for both steaks to be cooked medium, but 1 came correct and the other didnt. They had a grayish tint to them and fake grill lines across the tops. Tasted horrible and ended up throwing them away. The chicken was good, fries were cold. Our waitress was very nice but will definitely not be returning. Spent to much money on food that ended up in the trash.

Went over last year's November. All was good until the cheese pizza that we order for our little daughter was awfully bad. Like a plastic, toy food bad. The attendant was notified and the manager came acknowledging how bad it was. He NEVER offered anything instead, just toss us that "a new vendor is coming with a better quality product" 😒Lost us forever. I do know that every location is a different one, but the experience was so bad that this will not be the case. My daughter (8 years old by that time) Will not recommended. Insensible....How in the world this guy is a restaurant manager blows my mind.

I wanted to let everyone know Courtney gives the best curbside service ever! She was quick and polite and seemed to love what she is doing. I asked for quite a few extras and she made sure I had everything needed. For quick and easy dinner I suggest ocharleys

Staff was great, wife had the potato soup(highly recommend) I had the Louisiana steak ( another highly recommend) everyone and everything was very much on point

Pecan chicken salad has change - no spring lettuce just iceberg lettuce. Salad was about half the size it used to be Salad tasted good but very disappointed with this 'new' version

my husband and kids came in for dinner and it was great! my server josh was great and made sure we had everything we needed. I got the salmon , my husband got the all you can eat catfish and my kid got chicken tenders. it was all hot and fresh. will be returning 😌

Mark was awesome food was amazing and the cheese cake was the best part. We had a small issue with our food but they took car of it right away. Will definitely be going back there soon.

My husband and I ordered carry out this evening, we ordered 3 dinners and 2 of those dinners were totally messed up! I ordered the chicken tenders and they were burnt so bad they were ineatible. My husband ordered the cod dinner and he ended up with catfish, he hates catfish. I asked for honey mustard for the dipping sauce and there was none. We supported Ocharley's through the covid-19 by ordering frequently, however now they are back up and running I see the to go orders are not bring handled correctly. I will not order with them again! I tried to attaching the pictures I took but this site would not let me!

My boyfriend and I came in on Valentine’s Day for the specials. We each got salmon , an appetizer and a yummy desert. Our server Lynze was great! Small wait but we were expecting that. Never a disappointment

Tia was my server tonight. I had a very good dinner and my food was prompt and delicious. Everything was perfect down to the silverware being clean and sparkling. I usually have issues when going out to dinner at other places but when I was being served Tia, it was like I was dinning at home. She made me comfortable and warm. I wish I could give more stars but unfortunately they won’t let me. So 6 stars ⭐️ for O’Charley’s and 10 stars ⭐️ For Tia. I will forever continue dinning here from now on!

I ordered take out last week on Wednesday night and I had horrible service. I decided to try and order take out again yesterday morning and had excellent service and my food was perfect compared to last week! I will now only order take out when Courtney M. Is working she seems to love what she does and she has a great personality and attitude! I give Courtney M. 5 + stars she deserves way more than 5 stars.

I ordered the Cajun chicken and pasta family size. Not really knowing what to expect I was a little disappointed as it looked like the meat was just carved chicken and I guess I was expected a different style of check I guess. Plus it seemed like it had for that size very little Alfredo sauce on it. But all in all it was OK

Terrible customer service. I come to pickup curbside and not only do I sit here and wait for 15 mins after the wait time. The lady takes my name then walks over to two other car and bring there food out before mines just because she know them. WOW SERIUOSLY!! She literally stood right next to my car having a conversation about it

Server was amazing! Would go back because of him. We left a 16.00 tip for just 2 of us. Food was great too but very very long wait for any food.

Food is hit or miss. I have had some really good meals, and some that were lacking. There needs to be more consistency in the kitchen and some proper steak cooking lessons. Overall my experiences have been positive, and Andrew S. Is a rock star behind the bar!

Overall I like O'Charley's but this location seems understaffed. Lots of empty tables but still a ten min wait. Waiter seemed overwhelmed. Appetizer was yuck. Dinner was great with good portions, opt for salad over the Mac and cheese. Dessert was good but too full by that point to enjoy.

I ordered during this COVID-19 crisis and my food was amazing! The curbside service was great and my driver was very friendly and clean. I am very pleased with this service today.

Their food for the most part is good..my issue has happened on 3 occasions where i ordered through doordash..the order receipt showed the correct order, but inside the bag, there is always items missing..a side, or the whipped topping for desserts, etc..3 times I have had to call them back and drive over myself and wait for my order to be corrected. On one occasion, they totally forgot a kids meal. When I called them, they offered a coupon for next time which didn't really help the fact that I had a hungry kid at home..so in the end, they did redo the entire order for me and corrected it..

Best crispy chicken tenders! Wonderfully designed inside, good flow, great service! Our waiter was awesome! He was always in motion.. Never letting our glasses get past half empty, bringing out more rolls and butter, and he was kind and did his job very well. I applaud his work ethic.

Amazing service with quality and quickness, Andrew our to-go server was great! Made sure to go out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and more! Also thank you to Sydney for giving our son a free pie on his birthday, it really made his day. Will be coming be soon forsure! Amazing place.

Dude.... I typically get steaks here because they are fantastic.. opted for the Honey Drizzled Southern-Fried chicken and immediately fell in love!!! As far as this locations go.... Theirs typically a wait in the evening but it's worth it... Servers are much more hospitable at dinner!!!! Definitely one of the best places to eat in the area!

Standard offerings in a relaxed atmosphere. Our waitress was on the ball and checked back on us at appropriate intervals. The food though was all pretty greasy - including the salad!! - the place was darker than it should be. Most disappointing of all was the disappearance of the twisted chips! Since that was the reason we stopped in, it really broke our hearts!! Bring them back!!!!!!!!

I just wanna give a huge shout out to Courtney M for taking great care of me through carry out. I called in and ordered my food and she was so sweet & polite and very patient because I had know clue what I wanted to eat but she gave me recommendations for the garlic filet steak because I was craving some kind of steak. It was cooked perfectly as well as the mushrooms and onions I added to the steak as Courtney recommended me. I will definitely order again through takeout when Courtney is working.

This is my all time favorite place to eat. Everything I have ever ate at this location has been outstanding. Everyone treats their customers first class. Would recommend this establishment to all. Great food, fair prices and top class people.

We were trying to decide between Olive Garden and O'Charleys and we pulled the small straw with OCharleys today. The service was poor. They started us off with 3 pieces of bread and disappeared for 15 minutes before our boring salads arrived. It felt like we had to beg for bread. I talked to the manager and he didn't care, apologize or change our waitress even though we requested it. Got our meals 35 minutes into the visit and asked for ketchup for my burger and fries. The waitress brought me an empty ketchup bottle and disappeared. Ten whole minutes later I finally got another bottle of ketchup. Now my burger and fries are cold. Yummy. My waitress was a clown and the manager was an even bigger clown. The highlight of the visit was Ashley who was better at helping us than our actual server. Cindy the manager took care of things for us. Thanks so much Cindy.

Love the chicken tenders dinner. I sub rice pilof for the fries. All the staff cheerful. Good service. Very clean.

For about the 4th or 5th time in a row, I had to go inside and wait to get my food. This was even though I had scheduled curb side service. Not only was it not delivered to my vehicle curbside by the time it was supposed to have, I actually had to go inside again, to wait for my food to come out of the kitchen and be bagged. Over 30 minutes after it should have, no silverware or napkins or butter. Also the chipotle chicken tenders always seem to come out plain with ranch or no sauce on the side instead of being tossed in chipotle sauce.
